Teacher Spotlight: Maryjean Kimball

Need to fire up your mornings? Then, Yogalates with 200-hour RYT yoga teacher Maryjean Kimball might be just what you need! A blend of Yoga and Pilates to start the day, led with the energetic and bubbling Maryjean to get your body moving with skill and smiles. Pilates will build the core strength that supports your yoga practice, and the yoga element lengthens the tension of the strengthening Pilates, an actual practice of effort and ease.

After several years as an esthetician and makeup artist, Maryjean came to teach Yoga and Barre through her experience with physical workouts and her ballet training. Her passion for movement and self-care led her to immerse herself in a 200-hour RYT yoga teacher training at Kripalu Center for Yoga and Health. This deepened her practice and love of teaching. Her Barre training soon followed, allowing her to combine yoga, Pilates, and ballet. She later received the Hippo best of Manchester, NH award for Barre teachers. Maryjean uses yoga and Barre to help students address, assess, and work through physical and mental imbalances to promote mindfulness and overall well-being. Her classes are engaging, safe, challenging, enthusiastic, and inspiring, allowing students to move without fear, judgment, or expectations. When not working, Maryjean helps her daughter, caring for her greatest joy – her grandchildren!
