A March Mini-Series:

Whether you’re athletic, aging (gracefully ofcourse!), have prior injuries, or just don’t know if you’re doing it right, having a strong core and balance is essential.
Taught by Rebecca Kollmorgen, a RYT-200 as well as a Physical Therapist, this mini-series will highlight techniques that explore core strength, core endurance, and the ability to maintain our stability and balance in various positions.
Suitable for a wide range of fitness levels – those who suffer from back pain and have been told they need to “strengthen their core” to those who are strong and active but feel their fitness level may be enhanced by more advanced instruction and exercise.
Yoga will be the focus of this class, with plenty of instruction and offering a progressive focus on the fundamentals and basics of core stability and advancing to a fully core-focused flow that adds layers of challenge and mindfulness of the links between our balance, our core, our endurance, our breath, and our body awareness.
