Philbur’s Hot Sauce has long been a favorite at Common Roots. Philbur’s began in 2017 as a late-night taco stand in downtown Portsmouth, New Hampshire. They made homemade sauces full-time after receiving numerous positive reviews. All sauces are state-approved, locally crafted, and shelf-stable, with no added preservatives or sugars, using only five ingredients to create sauces you can trust.
