Dear Common Roots Community:
We are excited to be re-opening our yoga studio beginning June 1, 2020. As such, we will adhere to the universal re-opening guidelines for COVID-19 set forth by the state of New Hampshire and the Center for Disease Control (CDC). We will continue to keep our cafe and market open to the community, observing all the rules and then some: hand washing, less than 10 people in the market, take-out only, sanitizing everything (especially doors and handles) throughout the day. We continue to increase our grocery offerings so you can support small, local businesses while avoiding the crowds of bigger stores.
Let’s stay calm and healthy together
Below are pragmatic steps that we will take to keep our community healthy and safe.
We’ve stepped-up our efforts to sanitize our studio by frequently disinfecting high touch surfaces, adding more access to hand sanitizer and disinfectant wipes, and creating a touchless check-in station. We strongly encourage clients to bring their own mats and props. If you wish, you may rent one of our mats for $5. We also have mats available for sale at the studio. Blankets and bolsters will no longer be available for use.
We are temporarily limiting hands-on assists, and our instructors will wear masks and maintain appropriate social distancing (six feet). Classes will be limited to five people and you must sign up online ahead of time. We will no longer be accepting drop-ins. We have marked areas in the studio for mat placements and appropriate social distancing. While we don’t require masks during class, we ask that you wear one before and after class while you are in the studio.
We are doing our best to keep our studio space and market clean and safe for you, and we ask that you do the same to help protect yourself and others. If you aren’t feeling well, we ask that you please stay home.
Thank you for your cooperation and ongoing support. We look forward to seeing you soon!
Your Common Roots Team
