Seta Wehbe
Seta Wehbe started her yoga journey in the early nineties with Kali Ray’s Triyoga. She completed her first teacher training in 2015 at Back Bay Yoga, Boston and a second training two years later at Bow Street Yoga, Somerville, MA. Practicing yoga has become a lifestyle and sharing it is an honor she cherishes. When she is not teaching or practicing yoga, Seta love spending time with her grandchildren.

Audrey Ingibersdottir
Audrey is a New England Yoga Teacher with roots in Iceland. She teaches from an experience of cultivated skill, education, and intuition. Her teaching offers space to come into a posture attentively and with focused power, rather than to speed in and out of postures as milestones in a race to the finish—you’ll receive no trophies or awards here. Still, the opportunity to evolve the study of your practice is endless. You can expect her guidance to travel between a grounded maternal space, sprinkled with a humorous pun floating around somewhere in practice for a soft smirk, a smile, or if she’s really on her game, a chuckle or two.
Audrey has studied and trained under Bjorn Turnquist, Jo Bell, Eddie Modestini, Lauren Lee, Marla Cinilia, and Cyndie Lee and holds an E-200 RYT, YACEP, 500RYT and IHP-TT. When she is not teaching yoga, Audrey is a professional Event and Lifestyle photographer; She enjoys tending to her many plant babies, roaming through the forests and oceanside trails of New England with her partner Billie Jay and their 6lb Chihuahua Cookie, and (when possible) visiting their family & friends in Iceland and around the world.

Lisa Sommer
Lisa is an E-RYT 500/ AHC instructor who began teaching yoga in 1999 after her second child, Haley was born. Being a former ex-pat, she was fortunate to take her teachings and practice globally. Throughout the years, Lisa was exposed to different cultures, styles, and languages. One might call her teaching eclectic, threading Ashtanga, Vinyasa, Kripalu, Yin, and Ayurvedic Yoga into her classes. Thanks to her teachers, David Swenson, Sarah Powers, Scott Blossom, Larissa Carlson, Coby Kozlowski, and the whole Kripalu lineage. As an Ayurvedic Health Counselor, and student of Vedic Astrology, Lisa enjoys weaving these ancient traditions into her teaching. She is excited to be back in New England, dancing into a new phase of her life and having the opportunity to share the gifts of Yoga, Ayurveda, and Vedic Astrology with the local Yoga Community. When she’s not teaching yoga, you may find Lisa jogging along the seacoast, walking with her husband Jeff and dog, Jiao Zi, or taking road trips to see her two daughters, Amanda in Boston, Haley in Vermont.

Lauren DiRenzo
Lauren completed her initial training in 2014 under Peggy Cappy, the creator of the PBS Yoga for the Rest of Us. This 40-hour training focused on chair yoga; making yoga accessible to everyone. As an elementary and then intermediate school health educator, Lauren has incorporated these teaching methods in her classroom along with meditation and mindfulness practices to provide students with tools that they can use throughout life. In 2019, with the encouragement from her yoga teacher Rosie Latona, Lauren attended the Vidya Yoga Teaching Training and completed her 200 hour certification in September of 2020. Lauren’s favorite type of yoga is that of slow flow, meditation centered and one that leaves clients feeling relaxed, at ease, and empowered. Lauren is also an advanced spinning instructor and certified in level 2 mat pilates & meditation. When Lauren is not at school educating the next generation or leading classes, she can be found exploring endless nature trails with her partner, hopping on a plane to travel somewhere new, attempting a new recipe in the kitchen, or rewatching Gilmore Girls for the umpteenth time. Lauren has been a student of yoga since 2008, alongside her mother. It was a great way for them to connect on and off the mat. To this day they practice together regularly when in the same state and attend a yearly yoga festival together as a way to spend the best mother-daughter time.

Bethany Walker
Bethany Walker began her yoga practice in 2003 and practiced intermittently for many years. She decided to dedicate time to a daily practice. This love and devotion of her journey fueled her to take a teacher training. In 2015 she completed a 200 hr training in Shakti flow at At Om Yoga with Asa Dustin and Nel Norwesh. In 2016 she completed a second 200 hr Vinyasa training with Sarah Jones at Happy Love Yoga. She is currently enrolled in a 300hr Yin Yoga training with Josh Summers, and has completed the Foundations and Mindfulness Modules.
Bethany loves to create dynamic sequences for her classes. Whether you attend an All Levels, Gentle, or Yin Yoga class she strives to cultivate kindness, compassion and wisdom for body and mind.

She runs a private practice PT clinic in North Hampton and loves to work with individuals that may experience some discomfort or limitations in their asana practice.
Becky also believes that the spiritual aspect of yoga has great healing power, and every class begins and ends with some deep grounding and quiet stillness.

Caroline Robitaille
Caroline found yoga during her first year of college as a way to relax at the end of a long day. The more she practiced on her mat, the more she was drawn towards yoga, deepening her practice and learning how to incorporate yoga into her life on and off of the mat. Her passion for yoga encouraged her to complete her 200YTT in 2023 when she became a certified yoga teacher with a focus in vinyasa yoga. She works to create a nourishing environment within her class and loves to incorporate movement that feels good and takes up space. Caroline loves yoga for its ability to bring students closer to their mind- body-spirit connection.

Julia Johnston
Julia began her yogic journey at a young age. When she was just a couple of years old, her mother guided her through meditations and movement. Through this experience, the seeds of spirituality and conscious awareness were planted. During life’s chaotic tendencies, mindfulness became her saving grace. In 2015, Julia decided to expand her practice by traveling to India and attending a 200hr registered yoga teacher training where she focused primarily on Ashtanga-based yoga. During her training, she studied the Primary Series, Anatomy, Alignment, Yoga Philosophy, Teaching Mythology, Ayurveda, Pranayama, Meditation, and Kriyas. After returning from India, Julia traveled west to Colorado to share and cultivate the knowledge gained during her travels. She continued furthering her education by studying new lineages like Elemental Vinyasa, Yin and Restorative yoga. She spent time managing a local yoga studio in Telluride, Colorado and teaching at festivals. In 2019, she made a slight career change and focused her attention on a new job as Behavioral Health Coordinator at a local health non-profit. This shift brought new ideas and opportunities and now Julia is working for ChildKind International, a non-profit focused on pediatric pain care management and is currently pursuing her Masters of Public Health.

In 2022, she dedicated her service to the art of teaching by bringing the power of connectedness, self-love, and compassion to beginner and advanced practitioners alike.
